Common questions

Asked & answered.

How long does construction take?+

Four months in our factory, two weeks on your site. Total time from contract to move-in is typically 5–6 months.

Do you offer financing?+

We don't lend in-house, but we partner with three regional banks who specialize in ADU loans, HELOCs, and construction-to-perm refinancing.

What permits do you handle?+

All of them. Structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and zoning. We file with your municipality on your behalf.

Are the units ADA compliant?+

Every model can be configured to ADA standards — roll-in showers, lever sets, accessible counter heights, and ramped entries.

Where can I see one?+

Our model unit is in Loveland, CO. Tours run Thursday–Saturday by appointment.

What about my HOA / city rules?+

Your free property check includes a zoning + HOA review. We'll tell you exactly what's possible on your lot before you commit.
