We've reduced the chaos of a custom build to a six-step playbook. You always know what's next, who's responsible, and when it's happening.

  1. Step 01
    Week 1
    Discovery call

    30 minutes. We learn about your property, goals, and timeline. We send back a free feasibility summary.

  2. Step 02
    Weeks 2–3
    Site + zoning check

    We pull your zoning, run an HOA review, and visit the site to confirm access for the crane and trailer.

  3. Step 03
    Weeks 3–5
    Design + quote

    Pick model and finishes. We deliver a binding quote, drawings, and contract.

  4. Step 04
    Weeks 5–14
    Permits + foundation

    We file with the municipality and pour the foundation while your unit is built in the factory.

  5. Step 05
    Weeks 6–18
    Factory build

    Your Olerra is framed, wrapped, fitted, and inspected in our Loveland facility.

  6. Step 06
    Weeks 18–20
    Set + finish

    Crane delivery, two-week tie-in, final inspection, and walk-through.
